FirePro offers an advanced alternative to traditional fire suppression methods such as Halon and CO₂. These systems use a solid aerosol-forming compound to extinguish fires effectively—without depleting oxygen or harming the environment.
How It Works
FirePro systems activate either electrically or thermally. Once triggered, they release a dense aerosol made of fine, potassium-based particles. These particles interrupt the chemical chain reactions of fire, stopping combustion across multiple fire classes:
- Class A – Solid combustibles
- Class B – Flammable liquids
- Class C – Gaseous fires
- Class F – Cooking oils and fats
Key Benefits
- Eco-Friendly: Zero ozone depletion and no global warming potential. Free from HFCs and CFCs.
- Long Service Life: Units have an operational lifespan of up to 15 years.
- Non-Pressurized: Safer and easier to install compared to gas-based systems.
- Low Residue: Minimal clean-up required; safe for electronics and sensitive equipment.
- Safe for Occupied Spaces: No oxygen displacement during activation.
- Space-Saving Design: Compact units can be wall or ceiling-mounted.
- Wide Range of Applications: Ideal for data centers, control rooms, electrical enclosures, marine vessels, and more.
